CAN I MOVE TO THE NETHERLANDS PERMANENTLY?

Yes, you can, but you must first obtain a temporary residence permit. If you have continuously lived in the Netherlands with a temporary residence permit for five years, you are allowed to apply for a Dutch permanent residence permit.
